Terms of Service

1. Who we are

BillMint ("we", "us") is operated by GetDeaddicted LLC and available at https://bills.aiskillhub.info. By using BillMint you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

BillMint provides (a) a document generator for bills, receipts, invoices and similar records, and (b) an in-browser PDF editor. All generation and editing are performed client-side, inside your browser. We do not receive, upload, store or inspect the documents you create or edit.

3. Acceptable use

You are solely responsible for the documents you create and how you use them. You agree not to use BillMint to:

• create false, backdated or inflated records intended to deceive an employer, tax authority, insurer, court or any other party;
• forge, alter or misrepresent documents issued by someone else (tickets, certificates, government documents);
• evade tax, launder money, or commit any act that is unlawful in your jurisdiction;
• probe, disrupt, scrape at abusive volume, or resell the service without our written consent.

Templates (rent receipts, brokerage receipts, invoices and others) are formatting tools. Their legal validity depends on the truth of the information you enter and on applicable law — verify requirements (revenue stamps, GSTIN, signatures) with a qualified professional where it matters.

4. Accounts, Free and Pro plans

• The Free plan requires no signup for document generation and includes a small watermark on output plus limits on the PDF editor.
• Pro is a paid subscription (₹299/month, ₹1,999/year, or USD equivalents) that removes the watermark and unlocks the full feature set. Prices exclude GST/taxes, which are added where applicable.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

5. Intellectual property

We own the BillMint software, design and brand. You own the documents you create — entirely. Because they are produced in your browser and never sent to us, we could not claim any rights over them even if we wanted to.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains the little data we do process (essentially an email address if you join a waitlist or subscribe). Document contents are never transmitted to us.

7. Disclaimers

BillMint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that generated documents satisfy any legal, tax or accounting requirement. BillMint is not a substitute for advice from a chartered accountant or lawyer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (zero for Free users). We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for the consequences of documents you create.

9. Termination

You may stop using BillMint at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, particularly of Section 3. Sections 5–8 survive termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights in your place of residence.
