Is GST charged on the subscription? Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. For Indian customers, 18% GST applies on top of the listed price. You receive a GST-compliant tax invoice for every payment — enter your GSTIN at checkout and the invoice carries it, so registered businesses can claim input tax credit.
Are my bills and PDFs uploaded to your servers?
No — never. All generation and PDF editing runs inside your browser using client-side JavaScript. Your documents, and the files you edit, never leave your device. Our server never receives, stores, or logs document contents. The only personal data we ever hold is your email if you join the waitlist or subscribe. See the Privacy Policy.
What is the refund policy?
Full refund within 7 days of your first Pro payment, no questions asked. Email us and we process it back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Details in the Refund Policy.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click — no calls, no forms. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for, then you drop back to the Free plan. Your generated documents are yours; nothing is locked away because nothing was ever stored with us.
What payment methods do you accept?
In India: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, netbanking and wallets via Razorpay. Internationally: cards via Stripe, billed in USD.
Is the Free plan really unlimited?
Yes — generate as many bills and receipts as you want, forever, with a small "Made with BillMint" footer mark on the output. The PDF editor on Free handles files up to 2 pages with 5 edits per file.
