Refund & Cancellation Policy

In one line: full refund within 7 days of your first BillMint Pro payment — no questions asked, no forms, no calls.
1. 7-day money-back guarantee
If BillMint Pro isn't right for you, email us within 7 calendar days of your first Pro payment (monthly or yearly) and we will refund the full amount, including any GST charged. We may ask what didn't work — purely to improve the product — but the refund does not depend on your answer.
2. How to request a refund
- Email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com from the email address on the subscription, with subject "Refund".
- Include the payment reference (Razorpay payment ID or Stripe receipt number) if handy — it speeds things up, but we can find it from your email too.
- We confirm within 2 business days and initiate the refund immediately on approval.
3. Refund timelines
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only (UPI, card, netbanking, wallet).
- Once initiated, banks and payment networks typically credit the amount within 5–7 business days. UPI refunds are often faster; international card refunds via Stripe can take up to 10 business days depending on your issuer.
- You will receive an email confirmation with the refund reference for tracking.
4. Renewals and later payments
- The 7-day guarantee applies to your first payment. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, except: if a yearly renewal is charged and you contact us within 7 days without having used Pro features after the renewal date, we will refund it.
- To avoid unwanted renewals, cancel any time before your renewal date — cancellation is instant and self-serve.
5. Cancellation
- Cancel anytime; no notice period, no cancellation fee.
- After cancelling you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan.
- Because all documents are generated in your browser and never stored with us, cancelling loses you nothing you've already created.
6. Duplicate or failed payments
If you are charged twice for the same period, or money is debited but Pro is not activated, tell us — duplicate and failed-payment amounts are refunded in full regardless of the 7-day window. Razorpay auto-reverses most failed UPI/netbanking debits within 5–7 business days even without our involvement.
7. The Free plan
The Free plan involves no payment, so no refunds apply. You can use it indefinitely.
